Ehmig, Ulrike (born 1969), Dr. phil., study of Classical Archaeology,
Latin Philology and Ancient History in Mainz and Heidelberg. PhD in
2000 in History and Culture of the Roman Provinces and habilitation in
2009 both from the University in Frankfurt/Main. Venia legendi for
Archaeology and History of the Roman Provinces. 2016 recognition of
the habilitation at University Freiburg. Since 2001 Research Associate and Research
Director of numerous projects in Germany and abroad; initially mostly
in the field of Economic History, since 2010 mainly concerned with
studies in the field of Latin Epigraphy and questions concerning
perception and management of risks in antiquity.
